Abstract

Çö󺸳ëÀ̵åÀÇ ÀϺÀÀÎ quercetinÀÌ ºñ¸¸ ´ç´¢ÁãÀÇ ´ç´ë»ç ¹× ÁöÁú´ë»ç¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâÀ» »ìÆ캸¾Ò´Ù. »ýÈÄ 40 ÁÖ·ÉÀÇ ¼öÄÆÁ㸦 ½ÇÇè¿¡ »ç¿ëÇÏ¿´´Âµ¥ ºñ¸¸´ç´¢±ºÀÎ OLEFT Áã¿Í Á¤»ó´ëÁ¶±ºÀÎ LETO Á㸦 ´ë»óÀ¸·Î quercetin 0.05%¿Í 0.1%¸¦ ÇÔÀ¯ÇÑ ½ÄÀ̸¦ 12ÁÖ°£ ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù. Quercein ½ÄÀÌÁãÀÇ ½Ä»ç·®Ÿä üÁßÀ» ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ°í, °æ±¸ ´çºÎÇÏ °Ë»ç¸¦ ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿© Ç÷´çÀ» Á¤·®ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ Ç÷¾àÁßÀÇ ÁöÁú ¹× Áö´Ü¹éÀ» Á¤·®ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ Ç×»êÈ­´ÉÀÇ º¯È­¸¦º¸°íÀÚ TBA ¹ÝÀÀÀ¸·Î Ç÷Áß malodialdehydeÀÇ ¾çÀ» ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. Quercetin ½ÄÀÌ ºñ¸¸ ´ç´¢Á㸦 ºñ¸¸ ´ç´¢´ëÁ¶Áã¿Í ºñ±³ÇÏ¿© ´ÙÀ½°ú °°Àº °á·ÐÀ» ¾ò¾ú´Ù.

1. ½Ä»ç·®°ú üÁß¿¡ ÀÖ¾î À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ¾ø¾úÀ¸¸ç °æ±¸ ´çºÎÇÏ °Ë»ç¿¡¼­ Ç÷´çÀº º°´Ù¸¥ Â÷À̸¦ ³ªÅ¸³»Áö ¸øÇß´Ù.
2. Ç÷¾×ÁßÀÇ malondialdehyde ¾çÀº À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ¾ø¾ú´Ù.

Ç÷¾×ÁßÀÇ triglyceride, total-cholesterol, LDS-cholesterol, phospholipid´Â Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ¾ø¾úÀ¸³ª HDL-cholesterolÀº quercetin ³óµµ¿¡ ºñ·ÊÇÏ¿© Áõ°¡ÇÏ´Â °æÇâÀ» ³ªÅ¸³»¸ç quercein ÇÔÀ¯½ÄÀ̱º¿¡¼­ À¯ÀÇÇÏ°Ô ³ô¾Ò´Ù (p<005). µû¶ó¼­ ½ÉÇ÷°üÁúȯÀÇ Áß¿äÇÑ ¿¹ÃøÀÎÀÚÀÎ HDL cholesterol¿¡ ´ëÇÑ LDL cholesterolÀÇ ºñ°¡ À¯ÀÇÇÏ°Ô °¨¼ÒÇÏ¿´´Ù(p<0.05).

ÀÌ»óÀÇ °á°ú·Î Ç×»êÈ­´ÉÀ» Áö³æ´Ù°í ¾Ë·ÁÁø quercetinÀÌ ´ç´¢º´¿¡¼­ÀÇ °ü»óµ¿¸ÆÁúȯ ¹ß»ýºóµµÀÇ °¨¼Ò¸¦ °¡Á®¿À¸®¶ó ¿©°ÜÁö´Â ¸î°¡Áö »ç½ÇÀ» È®ÀÎÇÏ°í À¯¿ë¼ºÀ» È®ÀÎÇÒ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù.
